5 Chelsea players who could still leave before transfer window slams shut

Chelsea may have only made two signings during this transfer window but one of them was a major £97.5million deal to re-sign Romelu Lukaku, and the Belgian has already hit the ground running for Thomas Tuchel.

Goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli also joined on a free transfer from Fulham following the release of Willy Caballero, but Chelsea have also let a whole host of stars leave the club.

15 players have left Stamford Bridge this summer, with eight of those deals being done on a permanent basis, most notably Tammy Abraham and Fikayo Tomori who have both been sold to the Serie A.

With Tuesday's deadline drawing ever closer, more stars could be on their way out and The Mirror Football takes a look at who could still leave the club...Ross Barkley was signed by Chelsea in 2018, after the midfielder joined from Everton for a fee of £15m.

The Englishman had good spells during his first two seasons but fell out of favour, resulting in a loan move to Aston Villa for the last campaign.
