Thomas Tuchel faces potential Saul Niguez problem as Atletico chief opens up on exit

 



The Chelsea boss could have a selection headache sooner rather than later in the wake of Saul Niguez's arrival in West London after calling time on his Atletico Madrid career.

Chelsea won the race to secure the signature of Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez after much of the summer transfer window saw him touted with a move to just about every 'big six' side in the Premier League.


However, the Blues could be presented with an issue surrounding Saul's positioning very soon as details of his exit from Diego Simeone's side emerge and appear to be centred around his unhappiness over where he was being deployed on the pitch.


Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has enjoyed a stunning start to life at the Stamford Bridge helm, winning the Champions League and UEFA Super Cup in his first eight months in charge.
