"I'm told" - Sky Sports journo drops big Man United manager update, fans surely elated - opinion
Following the dismissal of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer over the weekend, Manchester United are allegedly considering hiring Spain manager Luis Enrique. The Red Devils have a large list of potential successors, according to Sky Sports journalist Rob Dorsett, but the 51-year-old is Cristiano Ronaldo's top choice.
"I'm hearing Cristiano Ronaldo wants Luis Enrique to be the new manager of #mufc," he wrote on Twitter. Along with out-of-work Zinedine Zidane and #ajax head Erik Ten Hag, the Spain coach is expected to be considered for the job. At the present, both Pochettino and Brendan Rodgers are long shots."
