Man Utd to reopen training ground despite four players testing positive for Covid
Manchester United are set to reopen their training ground on Wednesday despite a recent outbreak of Covid-19 within the camp.
The Red Devil's trip to Brentford on Tuesday was postponed after four of the club's players, as well as multiple members of staff, were diagnosed with the virus.
They've subsequently been sent home to self isolate and will not be able to return to the team's Carrington training complex until next week.
The training ground was closed for 24 hours while the club conducted various tests to decipher whether or not the spread had been contained.
Despite no further cases being reported, the club is now considering asking the Premier League to call off their match against Brighton & Hove Albion at the weekend as well as a precaution.
